Flee gear?

Searched for it and found nothing, so... Whats the best possible flee gear for this server?

SK- +20 flee
Nine tails- +20 if garment is +9 or more.
Orc baby- I think it gives +15 flee if garment is +9 or more. Also, gives damage reduction.
Mystel- +20 flee

Pure Flee gears?

Valk Helm (AGI+20) + StormyKnight card (FLEE+20)
ElvenEars/Blinder/DarkBlinder/CyclopsVisor (AGI+1) + StormyKnight card (FLEE+20)
ThiefClothes (AGI+1) + Alicel card (FLEE+10)
Ninetails card (AGI+2; FLEE+20 if refine rate of garment is +9 or +10) garment
Any footgear with Mysteltainn card (FLEE+20)
Celebration Ring (AGI+5) x2 or Kukre Brysingamen x2 (DONT SLOT ANY CARD ON A BRYS EXCEPT FOR STING CARDS OR BERZEBUB CARDS!!! LOL.... Kukre card = AGI+2)

And whats the name of that armor (I think it was armor or garment not sure) that reflects damage if you are xxx class and gives + flee for xxx class?
