My alchemist just got banned... what can i do?

I was afk in the zenorc dungeon, and when I got back, I had been disconnected and couldn't relog in.  This is the first time I've had to worry about being banned, so how exactly do I handle this kind of problem?

Are you sure you got banned?

First off you should search your username in the search function to see if the mute log will show why you are banned and for how long, if that comes up with nothing the you should send in a support ticket if you truly believe you have done no wrong and would like to know why you have been banned, how long for and if there is anything you can do about it
