I got a Suspicious Skeleton and the item shop description says

Hemet made from Dragon's cranial bone. Has resistences against Dragons.
Reduce damage from Dragon monster by 5%.
Receive 5% more damage from Dragon monster.

...What?

Well. Congrats, You can now take less and more damage from a dragon simultaneously.

It's only "Reduce damage from Dragon monsters by 5%."

Ratemyserver.net has it wrong, too:
"Helmet made from Dragon's cranial bone. Has resistences against Dragons.
Reduce damage from Dragon monster by 5%.
Receive 5% more damage from Dragon monster."

Looking at the item script it is only { bonus2 bSubRace,RC_Dragon,5; },{},{}
