what things(except BG) do i need to make frozen arrow from arrow craft?

i tried but didnt work D: and also i was trying to find the mvp but cant find <,<

blue gems/mystic frozen. everything else doesnt work
(blue bijou and ice scale dont drop)

Theres a list of all the items in-game, isnt there? If I'm not wrong it shows the right things to this server, not sure though, too lazy to go look, but I remember to have seen rough wind with the right number of arrows  to this server there, and some other things that differ from rms
