#1 - I dont really know but i assume it would not stack unless it says otherwise in the description.

#2 - if a monster picks up a card as long as you kill it you will get your card back (dont wait too long in picking it up)

In list of anvils, Emperium anvil is best one, it has higher chance for forging, and you dont need 2 x emperium anvil for success...only one ill do..

You don't always get the card that a monster picks up or other stuff that it picked up either.

This has happened to me many times and it does get annoying but it does happen.

I think the limit was 6-8 items per monster.
So if a monster looted something like a doppleganger card and picked up 8 other pieces of items afterwards; the dopple becomes automatically deleted. If 7 items were picked up after the dopple card, it would still drop .

I don't think that is the case since I've lost cards and weapons to them when there was only one item dropped and once I killed the monster that took it only dropped 1 to two items and some don't even drop anything once you kill them when they take your stuff. :'(

 Thats..odd.
Are you sure the monster killed is the same one that looted?

The x amount of items has always applied to the monsters I've killed.

Yup yup./ok

I don't think it matters how much loot was dropped at all. For some reason I notice this more on rare items like cards and weapons that are considered rare and dropped by MVP's since I do a lot of MVP hunting.

I'll test this at Ant Hill tomorrow.
It should be accurate unless mvp drops follow a different system than regular ones.

That is why I always keep my TPBS mace with me when I go MVP hunting where there are monsters that will take my drops.

I clear out the area first then kill the MVP. /no1

monsters picking up your cards is a very annoying(but true) reality. it is a crushing feeling when you finally kill your first metalling, but then those mean porchellos come and take the card that falls. you end up giving up on the card, only because you could hardly take down a metalling, a porceillo is out of the question.

Tested, killed one andre that dropped a worm peeling
Another andre picked it up.
Killed the second andre and it dropped two worm peelings.
Repeated 20ish times with different ant monsters.

So my explanation from before should be accurate.
Soren, metallings don't drop cards. :P

I don't think all of the monsters have the same amount of loot capacity, for example a poring might only be able to hold 6 items but a poporing might be able to hold 8 items.
