While my characters havent been able to log in for the last half hour or maybe more, My ws who was vending in pront was still logged on and I had no problems on her. Just now about 2 minutes ago though she got dc'd as well. I'm hoping its because they're trying to fix the problem now

Yeah, My ws first dc'd after the server status changed to offline. Big reason of why i'm hoping its because they're fixing it now XD But it could just be the whole dang thing has crashed XD
