If I see a shop saying +8 DL Valk Shoes in the title and they are just selling normal +8 DL shoes that's false advertising right? I'm pretty sure but checking before I bother since the new ruling still seems a little muddy.

why would it bother you?if your bored enough to go into there shop and go god dammit theres no valk shoes im reporting this kid for false advertising,then you really need to just next time you have a thought let it go~



False advertising to me would be like 100mil DL sleips then u open it and the cost is like 110mil that would be upsetting but never have i bothered ruining someones day by getting them muted over a few lol's(you have to admit you got you to look  )

Edit:and yeah +8 valk shoes and its just +8 dl shoes he was either really tired or just dumb.but +8 DL valk shoes?i havent seen that ever in the market

It is false advertising unless he can claim his +8 Valks got sold.

It is not false advertisement since Valk Shoes and normal Shoes do not share the same sprite.

3. Do not attempt to pass off an item with a lesser value as an item with a greater value.

Examples: Gold Ring instead of Celebration Ring, or a non-slotted item instead of a slotted one.
It is considered as false advertisement if you...

• ... put non-slotted items in between slotted items in your shop.
• ... put Gold Rings in between Celebration Rings in your shop (same goes for other items with similar sprites).
• ... advertise an item (e.g. Celebration Ring) when only selling an item with less or no value (e.g. Gold Ring).

To avoid false advertisement, do not mix non-slotted items and slotted items or items with similar sprites in your shop.
To avoid being tricked by someone who is breaking this rule, look before you buy!

It doesn't bother me per se but if it's reportable I'll report it so that some idiot doesn't get scammed. I'm wouldn't report them just because there were no shoes I just was considering it suspect because they were trying to pass +8 DL shoes off as the +8 DL Valk shoes. So it's because it's a bait and switch basically not because the valk was... "out of stock" so to speak. Since it doesn't look like it counts anyways thanks to not having the same sprite it's fine either way lol. Just checking is just checking I haven't reported anything.
