You only need to patch the korean sakray and the normal anthemRO patch. The alternative sakray patch is only for when your current sakray patch is acting faulty and you can use the alternative one to patch instead.

20071225xmaspatch.gpf is not gpf or rgz file,try later..........
i got this during the patch....what should i do??help me plssss

I got a similar problem... but its not the xmaspatch thingy. Its related to kahos:

20080215kahos.gpf is not a GPF or RGZ file, try later.... what I find strange is that the file has the .gpf thingy and the window says it is not a gpf file. What should I do?

another thing, sometimes I get the same error but with a different file: 20080215blankpcb.gpf

either way, it doesnt let me play the game through the anthempatch/dyefire...

I expect there is something I can do to solve the problem, if there is a way please post it. Thanks for your time

Well yeah, I have a problem downloading the game. 

Well..
The problem is I can't patch Sakray.
When I click Sakray, an error comes up saying "? ?? ??"
So I tried to patch the Alternative Sakray way, but that way an error pops up saying "Failed to connect to file server."

Can anyone help me?

Umm when I type the Sakray error thing with the question marks it didn't come up right so..
Imma retype it.

The error for Sakray was " 4 question marks here [space] 3 questions marks here [space] 2 question marks here [space] 5 question marks here"

OH GOD THANK YOU i dont know if i can play yet buy my com has had   the         d3d  and grf thing and   some other wierd message and when i do anthemropatcher it give me the send error report crap      no help on that one  T.T    what do i run to start games?

Use an alternative sakray patcher (Alternative Sakray.exe), Valhalla Patcher, or this one: http://ro.mcserver.info/sakpatch2/SakrayUP.v.0.2-en.rar

If you already tried alternative patchers, try this one:

Manual Sakray Patching: (ok I have to admit, I found this somewhere on another server's site when looking under google )

• Open your RO folder, and double click on the Patch2.txt file; look for the latest file, it's usually at the end of the text, f.ex. 1444 2006-12-04BGM.rgz
• Go to ftp://ragnarok.nefficient.co.kr/pub/ragnarok/SakPatch/ and locate the filename that comes after 2006-12-04BGM.rgz
• Download all the files from the list somewhere (NOT your RO folder), starting with the first file you located, and then copy them into your RO folder (i.e. C:\Program Files\Gravity\RO), so that you have a backup of the files in case something doesn't work. You don't need to download the following files:
  
  • GG.chg
  • GameGuard.des
  • NPSCAN.DES
  • Ragnarok.ini
  • gameguard_tachyonx.rgz
  • npkcrypt.dll
  • npkcrypt.sys
  • npkcrypt.vxd
  • npkpdb.dll
• Start Sakray.exe and wait till the patcher included all the packages into the sdata.grf.
• If it fails, (download and) run Sakup.exe
• When the patching process is finished, you can delete all the package files you downloaded (mostly *.gpf and *.rgz files, I think) in your RO folder
