Ok, so I dowloaded good old Anthem again, after deciding I would take a break for a few months. Lo and behold, I download it off the website, and I, having done this many times, installs it, goes into the RO folder, clicks for sakray to patch, it begins patching... and it looks like it's doing alright:



However, once it get's to 2009-03-20HACK2 ??
either this message pops up:



or I get a This Program has Stopped Working (depending on which sakray I initially click on).
I'm confused because I've never had any difficulty patching Anthem before--why now?

or
use another patcher

I did the scan to see what was wrong, my data file was corrupt, so I deleted/reinstalled and it worked. Evidently sometimes in the installation process it claims it is successful even if it fails 

Either way, it's working now!

OK here is my problem.

The game plays but I keep getting this can not find sprite error that minus the page over and over again even after I click on on the little pop up box (the box jut keeps popping up)

I try to patch Sakray and it shows the but it still says please wait.
I try the alternative and it stops at one of the items and says either cancel or exit. (I waited for 1 h then decided to final hit exit)

the game works OK but when certain skills or certain character sprites (most likely bard) come on the screen it dose that. it gets very annoying and I had to shut my comp off twice because of it.

Can you please help me fix this problem?

I think this needs to be explained better. I really dont understand it. Not to offend anyone but I just need it to be more... maybe I should just screw it. No one is helping me

if u havent tried downloading from anthemro.com then you should try it
if not maybe a gm can help u

O_O I dont really know about this? Can i just use the link from the download from the anthem site? How do i use the free download manager?

For everyone having problems with your client, post in bug reports exactly what's wrong and/or what's happening.

Otherwise, make a new thread.

Locked until further notice.  A lot of this is probably out of date anyway.

There's a fix in the works for this.  Simply redownloading aRO.dll wont work.  Sorry.

I'm getting patching errors

If you're patching AnthemRO and it isn't working, redownload the MINI SETUP off of the front page (not AceJay's), and reinstall the minisetup over your RO folder.

If you're patching Sakray, it depends on the error you're getting:

• xxx or xxx is not a file name, please try again later

try again about an hour later

• random freezeup

just rerun it.  If you're running other programs, try closing out of those

If you can't patch your Sakray, download the sdata from Zone's files
