well i bougth a plasma clip and killed tons of mobs in niff and didnt got a potion...even mimic card drop me boxes but this thing nothing >>....GM halp!!!

Its possible new cards dont proc. Atleast, solace didnt seem to proc.

From ratemyserver code, it should give you a 1.98% percent chance to get at least 1 elemental resist potion of some type per kill.  This is based off of the fact is says you have a 0.5% to get a element resist potion and there are four different types it gives you a chance to drop.

As in after hours of testing it didnt agi up or heal my enemies. It can be a nice card for Zombie mobbing.
