and which lvl to memorize at ancient mummy?

In my opinion, level 1 for thor's and level 2 for AMs.

If you mean by dungeon level---

You memo the first level of Thors.

For ancient mummies, I'd do Pyramid 6.

I'd personally go for the Atroce map with Galions over Ancient Mummies though myself.
