Although since the Drac card existed before Lh3 came out - its more likely Priests overXPing in niff.

The mana regain effect seems very useful but the dex penalty prevents many classes from even using it since no one wants to get rid of there IC for the extra mana regen.  What are you thoughts on removing it?

Every class must not have everything therefore its fine the way it is. If people are to use it like champs in PVP potless then they must lose something in return. Don't make this a suggestion man .

Can you tell me which class you planning to use drac with?
Because you can only gained the SP from physical damage not magic...plus there's overflooded of GJ around.

Are you sure this only effects physical damage?.   Is hunter fly the same way?   

I was thinking of using it in a monk or any other class that can take advantage of nice mana regen.

There are many high value exp targets that aren't bosses.

Monk?
If you planned to level with FO or asura...you better stick with 2xRace 2xElement. Same like other class.
Kill faster and save more sp rather than trying to gained SP at 10% chance.(I think it stack with 4 card)

Wiz and Priest?
You lack the str to inflict damage for it to be worthy.

The only class that I think suitable with drac is crus/pally.
GC then Holy Cross(Holy prop to Loli /.rice) when you need SP and even with -28 dex...it never be a problem for me to level two Crus to lvl 99 Pally.


Tips
Use moonlight dagger+high orc shield
Gained 3 sp for every attack and reflect from HO card consider as attack.

The card is fine.  If it ain't broken, don't fix it.

If your on a tight budget, wouldn't it be better to get a quad Turtle general then making a weapon for every use you come to.

quad TG worth like 80~90m vs 4 card at 4 ads or you can get lower in market.

All i do is Get a huge mob in niff or Pyramids with my High Priest use the skill ME and swap to quad drac mace while they die and Swap back to cast and etc
