anthem on a laptop

hi there the past few days whenever i have logged onto anthem on my laptop i have been unable to see the battle chat or the other chat..... i have only noticed it in the last few days and i dont know how to fix it

help please

Can you post  a Screen Shot to know exactly what you are seeing or what you not seeing

a screenshot is kinda useless to do because my laptop is vista operating system and i cant find the file that has screenshots in it

I have vista and I have a screenshot folder ._.

go to Computer - C - program files - gravity - RO - and if the screenshot folder is not there then make one, that should give you the ability to save screenshots (by pressing "prnt scrn" in game.)


oh! hold on try this, press .. um I think it's F12 to see the battle screen and F10 for the chat.
Try F11 for good measure >_> I think I might have one mixed up.

and to make a screenshot folder, go where I told you

go to Computer - C - program files - gravity - RO

and in your RO folder, right click, go to "new" then "folder" and name that folder "screenshot"

i tried the "F" buttons i got my chat boxes back but i still cant get the screenshots

Vista + User Account Control + Screenshots =

Another possible solution is the following, since you use Windows Vista:
Go to your RO folder, and then the screenshot folder. You should see a button with the caption "Compatibility Files".
Click on it, and you should find your lost screenshots.

Ways to get around this: Don't install RO to your C:\Program Files folder, or disable the UAC, and log in as a user with administrative privileges.
