New Headgear Question

What does it take to add new headgears...

If recall correctly Denia said that the server is only allowed 200 or so Headgear Sprites.

I was wondering if some of the unused sprites could be taken out and new ones could be added.

I have some of the new headgear sprites O_O but It wouldn't be the same if I changed the sprites myself since anyone wearing the item I chose to change would also appear as thought they had the same item >_<

Ahaha, i've always thought the downside as being I'll look cool on my screen but retarded to anyone else XD
