(I cant train in niff since i keep missing and then die)

soul ring/baseball cap
padded armor of sleep/silence
SR clip
safety ring
eddga shoes
raydric muffler
tirfing guard

Perhaps try metaling mobbing? Spam meats or bring a priest to mob+safety wall themselves.

I suggest you go to geffen dun 1 kill all poison spore there until you lvl 55 then go to high orc, make sure you have not less than 100 hit or you will be miss alot at high orc.

No, he can do high orc during like... right when he changes to High Merc. Just grab meats, since you have an SR clip, it'll be quite fast.

Migaos in Louyang. Use flame endow. Any gears/carded equips with neutral resistances and formless reduction is good there.
