Depends on what kinda monk your going for as well. You wont really need dex gears if your a combo monk

Lol alright. Well, depending on where you want to lvl a deviling or raydric would be reallly good if you dont already have one. Although a deviling would pretty much take up your whole fund =X Dont know if it might be better to concentrate on a weapon or not.

Some idea

Get 2xDrainlair and 2xPecoEgg cards or 4xDrainlair to save some budget into +7~10 mace[4] or whagnak[4] total 2~3m?
Get Mantis clip or just ring[0] for str. total 300k~1.5m
Get Baseball Cap for 5 str. 2~2.5m
Get Raydric Muffler for 20% reduction. around 7m
Get Swordfish for armor. 1m
Get Martyr or Verit card for shoes. 3m
Get thief bug egg for shield. less than 500k? (or peno or execu card but it's expensive) edit* price is reduced to 5 ads =O
Browse ratemyserver.net for their description or pc.bot.nu for price

High str, some dex to cast, some int to heal and maybe some vit.
You can 1 shot siroma with finger and maybe around lvl 80 you can solo ID3 with occult to titan.

Never tried but this is what I'll get if I'm in your position. Probably others who main monk can give better suggestion with you budget.
