I have a WS lvl 99.... and i stopped playing for like 8 months. when i came back something happened to him.
his ASPD changed from 190 to 189...with DBSS, Berserk, Adrenaline and everything....
if i remember correctly he should have 190 aspd...

make 25 agi.. you will get 190 aspd.

Either they using Osiris for and agi buff or a priest agi increase buff or they running with 2 celebs on. Other than that using 25 agi+ gives you that extra 1 apsd, though 189 aspd is already good enough to not tell the difference between 189-190.

he should only need to stat about 5-7 agi to have 190 aspd. Unless he was using mjolnir be4 I don't see how he could have reached 190 aspd w/o agi up.

theres only a subtle difference between 189 and 190 aspd. dont know why you should be bothered.
