How to add ads via credit card?

Hello,

Can some1 help me out on how to add ads pls. I used paypal and it keeps on telling me to add balance via bank account o somethin. Can some1 tell me on how to add credits via credit card pls. pls tell me step by step pls.

You need to verified you paypal, im donate less than 1 minute to get the ads..  ;D
