Are any of the High GMs away on vacation and/or sickness?

You should know that you can always contact High GMs via support ticket, or if it's very urgent, via forum PM.

Cause there's a few well... "trivial tickets" that's take about maybe a day to answer?  been waiting about almost two month now? So if there ARE gms on vacation it would be nice to know, so my friend can just make another so she can get it answered instead of waiting so long for someone who's away? Kinda makes sense?

Well, if it is an issue of minor importance that can be answered within less than a day, there might be other means to resolve it, for example by trying to PM a PR ingame. If it is in a certain High GM's bin, it should be resolved/answered rather quickly, well... if it's in the general High GM bin, then sorry, it might take a while, due to a large amount of other tickets in there. x_x There have been a lot of ugly scams lately, and they're always high priority.

Really? I thought my current avatar (drawn by the super awesome Luci!) had no connection to any of my previous ingame characters or my other forum account at all.
