Anyone know what's the drop rate for this on Gemini's? I mean seriously Does it even drop it? I've been getting different drops from Gemini, Also what might have the highest drop rate for this?

Ok I checked RMS before, but apparently Gemini seemed to have different drops not indicated on there. Has anyone actually gotten  the stone from it before?

I've gotten the drop from Retribution before - never Gemini.  Try farming? dx_xb

Why bother nerfing drop rates?

if iRO put it as somthing then the rates should be fine... I mean they are the officials and all.

maybe it IS the iro drop rate of 3% instead of the 9% we WOULD get since we get slightly higher rates :)
