How to get IC wiht cast reduction gears on a pally?

Depends which class you're trying it with.  Champions, Mages, Profs, and Priests will never get IC with reduction gears, even if you hit 200% reduction.  Pallies, Bios and Sin X (not 100% on sinx or bio, correct me if i'm wrong) can get IC with 100% reduction.

It doesn't mean a shit which class you're playing as, if you attain 100% cast reduction on any class you will have no cast time.

When you have 10 seconds, and you reduce 100% of that 10 seconds you end up with 0 seconds.

There's nothing to comprehend.  I have a champion and I've had access to: 2x Berz Bry, DI + DL, Clock Tower manager Mid, about 80 base Dex and Bless, (as well as Kaho) and I did not achieve IC.  The same gears went on a bio with about the same base dex (no Djinn) and got IC on Acid Demo.

Care to explain that?

That set does not give you  IC, thus your Bio did not have IC. I am 100% positive on that, there is no cast time modifier on any class and the whole concept is utterly retarded. Also you said you had 2x berz bris, DI+DL, CTM AS WELL AS KAHO? how is that even possible? Last time I checked kaho wasn't slotted.

AD has a 1 second cast time, you get 85% out of that and you end up with 0.25 seconds then you further reduce it about 60% with 80 base DEX and bris bonuses, and you end up with a cast time being about 0.1 second. Which you probably mistook for IC for god knows why.

Now if your claim is true I would like you to go ahead and try it again and still say it is IC on your bio. Because seriously, even if the cast bar is up there for 1/10th of a second, it's still there.

(Kaho was top headgear, I swaped it back and forth as well as the CTM; ie: DI Ewe and DL Shoes, Kaho top, or DI Detective Cap, CTM, DL shoes).  No the Bio did NOT have a cast bar when I did it.  I'm 100% sure on that, I wouldn't be wasting my time posting this here if I wasen't anyways.  I don't state things as facts unless I've proven it / have evidence; in this case: I've tried it and proven it myself.

thats because you cant get IC with a mix of cast reduction gears and DEX

the totak cast reduction of 100% MUST be from cast reduction cards and gears ONLY

you cant have a 90 % cast reduction from cards and gears and cast reduction from dex and get IC

In this case ONLY the Aegist user can get IC with cast reductors

The bio had a cast bar above it's head, your Bio did not have IC unless you were standing on a bragi or attained extra 15% cast reduction in some other way. I don't really care what you keep claiming, but it's a simple fact that what you are saying is impossible due to the way cast reduction is calculated. You had a cast bar above your head even if it was for a split second and seemed like IC it was most definitely there.

Anthem uses Aegis, Aegis functions exactly like official platforms thus any sort of bugged mechanic is out of the question in this case.

There have been no reports of this sort of behavior on official servers nor on any other Aegis server ever created.

The only class that can achieve ic from cast reduc gears w/o bragi is sader/pally
at least until they release orlean's plate

Only Paladins can reach IC with cast reduction gears.  Wizards are the only other class that can reach the cloest to IC with cast reduction gears.
