Since aRO does use Aegis you'll need to wait until someone gets their hands on a leaked zone, char and interserver which supports said classes. Also the current implementations on some eA servers aren't actually buggy, they're simply implemented on the old game environment. 3rd classes were designed to be sued with Ragnarok renewal, where most game mechanics have been completely reworked. There's not nearly enough info available on renewal mechanics for anyone to implement renewal mechanics even if they wanted to. But other than that, all the skills and all that do as the descriptions say they do.
