Ad Credit free offers

Well i can't find this on forum so i wanted to ask why when i reg my account today and wanted to do free offers
but all my offers are "EXPIRED"?
and well if this helps I'm from germany

I think they canceled all those cause of fraud..

Like the person above said they're gone because of frauders and probably won't come back.

 i actually asked GM's this same questions and they said  that  as soon as they were available  people started to  ad fraud. so they had to cancel it for everyone.
