Zerom or Wormtail becoming Weapon cards, and other related questions

Zerom: [Accessory] DEX+3
Wormtail: [Accessory] DEX+2

Would one of these cards becoming a weapon card be good for the server?

2nd Question(s): What if they get an extra buff? Like one of them gets a 1% casting time reduction and the other gets 1% aftercast delay reduction? Or one gets HIT+5 and the other gets LUK+2?

I'd only accept for Wormtail to be brought into a weapon card.  It'll allow low-tier players to use semi-decent gears for faster cast: Ie: 2x Sting Gloves (10), AoA (3), Monsoon Muff(5), Gargoyle Shoes (5) and a Quad Zerom card (, totalling up to 31, + bless = 41.  If said player donates and gets a Kaho, then we're looking at XX + 58 dex.
 
I don't necessarily see how that's game breaking when most SQIs give lots of Dex for classes that need it anyways.  (Tome = +20, Evang = +20, Djinn = +40, so a weapon that gives +8 dex shouldn't be too bad.)
