You'd need to swap 3 shields to be most effective. Khalitz,Toad and GTB

Imo, Fire Freezing/Pest armour would be best.

If you have over 18k HP - Deviling works fine.
Not all monsters have medium modifer, Tirfiring is 25% reduction from medium sized. Isnt Khalitz = 30% better vs LK and Sinx? The Valkyrie shield is primarily useful only vs LKs  elemental otherwise any shield would do .

Deviling is suicide.  When a monster goes berserk, he takes on an element.  Also, WS have a skill that is elemental and generally does 14k+, with Devi, you have no chance of survival.

As far as shields - I personally prefer Toad.  4/6 monsters are Demis, and the only skill that can really hurt you hard is Soul breaker by the Assassin Cross,  followed by a Sonic Blow or Meteor Strike; but even then, you can still survive if you hit em just in time.

same with me. the way I lh3 is: if per chance (assumped usually) my asura doesn't cut it, I end up teleporting or attempting to relocate.
