Buying cards with ad credit

I was just browsing through the shop and noticed that they don't specifically have any other cards than whats there. can you buy implemented cards that aren't specifically stated in the shop?

There's actually a list for that.
You can buy them through Spend Credit.

And to answer your question, if the card is implemented but not on the list, you can buy them for 10 ads.
The only thing is that you can't purchase MVP cards.

AmonRa MVP card is still not listed in the ItemShop (available via Spend credit request). I doubt you'll get it, with it's effect not as good as other cards.
