Arrow Vulcan and Carding Electric Guitar

So yeah i have a few questions like First with Arrow Vulcan,is increasing your attack speed to 190 helpful to make this skill spam faster?
I wanted to know if it does or not to decide how i want to Card this Weapon i wast thinking DTT or DDT i am still unsure,any tips.

Would Greatly appreciate some Help~
