helps if ur not a champ and is tanking a billion monsters somewhere w/ steel body
in which u cant use any skills and once steel body runs out u need the spheres to cast it again

nvmd...i thought it was gaining a sphere when u are atked not when u atk....
but for aco its 2% which procs nicely
cud be useful if ur a combo monk
