Disappeared Green Gift Box /sob--> Submitted Support Ticket

I was 90% overweight at first. I traded my 125 stockings to the Sally NPC and received my green gift box. When I opened it, the screen says I'm 90% overweight, and nothing is given to me after I have clicked the box. The green box disappeared and I'm sure the item was not presented over the top of my head.

This is what I sent to the GM as a support ticket. Do you think I will get the box back?

Its not worth much in zennies i guess, but still i spent hours picking up the stockings

I did't get a pic of my green gift box, but hopefully the logs will show that have traded 125 stockings to sally NPC 3 minutes ago.

I'm not going to moved anything on that character. Hopefully this will make it easier for the GMs to check.

I hope it gets returned.  I didn't see anything against it in the Item recovery rules

I have already submitted a supported ticket. Now I'm just wondering how long will it take for a GM to give me a response.

I said I wouldn't want to move anything on that character. But oh well..patience**

I hope I'm not like the 100th one in line.
