can someone explain to me what they are, how they're used, what they do? Yah know, the basics.

They are 'credit's you can get by voting, purchasing from other players in game, or donating real money.
They can be used for services such as sex/name change, recovery, and items from the Item Shop.

In game, you can initiate a trade, and transfer to one another.
There used to be a safer way, but..well, it's down for the moment, should be back, according to the GM's.
Take screenshots, and be safe with trading.

You use them to purchase from the online store (which is the main source of MvP cards and special gear)
Or to pay for special services such as sex change, name change, kaho/pussy cat bell customization, unslotting, character transfer and others

You can transfer ads using the options from your account's add credit. Since withdrawing is disabled people use the transfer option, which requires you know other's username and  account ID #

The use of transfer is discouraged. Make sure you take screenshots of every deal and to never make bussiness of this kind with a character below level 70.
