Higher lv = harder to get 190 aspd?

my 75 taekwon reaches 186 while my 97 one reaches 183. same stats

are u using different gears for ur taeks...
different buffs? skills? theres lots of things that affect aspd

no, i transfered the gears. I just noticed that it did increase by 1 aspd. but all i did was raise its job lv cuz it got rolled back

job lvl gives u bonus stats that contribute to aspd as well...

whoa serious? cuz the weaker one had 50 while the 97 one had 1. now its job lv is 37
