If you disabled your UAC then in your RO folder look for a file named "Setup" and find there the dimensions required to set fullscreen. As far as updating your Sakray, try looking for the Alternative Sakray, although I don't think you need to run that just yet. What you do need to run is Anthem Patch, and that should cover everything.
