Okay, so recently I sent a support card asking for my old Anima account but the PR said that there was no charecters on the account. Is this normal and has this happend to anyone else?

If you gave your char to someone else when you quit they could have done char transfer and name change etc

or just deleted you wer gone for like 2 years right??
