moscovia dungeon times

i decided  to do the moscovia dungeon quess but i cant seem to get the times rite, irowiki says that 6pm PST is when you can do it but it wont let me...  (im in california so maybe its different on this server?) can anyone assist me and let me know when i can complete the quest (in california time plz)

Oo... I was just under the impression that you had to do the quest during daylight hours. Only problem I had when I did its when it was "night" hours.

or..you can make a little aco (if you dont have a priest) and get someone who has the warp saved to warp you there?
