Hello. I just created a membership on the forums today. I was a player on AnimaRO before it ended, but I havn't played a Ragnerok game in years so I forgoten many things about it. Anyway I'm happy that I can join this forum and maybe play the game in the coming months.  ;D

hi calamity, i've tried to name a char with calamity, but system said that name already taken, probably yours...

Welcome to Anthem.  Since you were here in Anima, I'm sure you can recover your Anima account if you submit in a Support Ticket.

It's no problem, and you're not a newb; just learning how it works.


Okay, go to http://Http://www.anthemro.com  and on the side menu, there are links or options, look for support and click it and you should get this: http://www.anthemro.com/support/

Then, just look for the link that says Create New Ticket, and you should get this: http://www.anthemro.com/support/new.php

After, just choose the category; in this case its General Questions and in the blank space next to "Subject," just type Anima Account Recovery.

Next, in the body, put in the Account(s) that you owned in Anima, old passwords, as well as the E-Mail that was registered to the account.  As a side note:  it also helps to put the character names in the account, and if you have any screenshots, those work too.

For example:  my ticket would look like this.
