i'm not trying to be rude but this wont help your ticket at all you just have to be patient itll get answered eventually ^^

its only for change this status, ther is status: waitin for player...
but, i waitin for the gms^^

if the status is waiting for player than you have to answer it again to make it wait for the gm ;x

Did you read what the GM's said in their most recent response in your ticket? "Waiting for Player" means they are looking for you to give them more information about something concerning that ticket. What they want to know will be stated in the most recent response from a GM in the ticket. Read it again, find what they want to know, and reply with the information requested.
