Makes you 1 minute older irl looking at it,detailing it, then finally eating it. In game...doesn't do anything. UNless there was like a hidden exp boost or something eating it then it would be hardly noticeable.

Probably can be new year event item but you can obtain The "Rice Cakes" from blazer card clips "rationing". Pricing it 10 mil because people rarely see that on sale because its not use for anything at all. I still keep it because I keep all those exotic looking things in game whether or not it has uses or not. Take for example the Cola Coke "Red Can" ingame it restores most of your sp apprently in game and gives you a small exp boost hardly noticeable to a lvl 98 non trans. The rice cake might do the same but all in all it isn't worth that value of 10 mil.
