Frus seems to drop it at 0.09%
So does Zealotus at 0.03%

In the future, you can use this resource to help you search for items/monsters/locations (not everything is implemented or accurate though)

At Thors, that would be the Kasas. Not sure of the drop rate though since our Kasas seem to be tweaked.
