Have you tried closing RO then opening it up again?

Second wish? If you are getting event coins from sally then just talk to santsas helper then talk to santa.

yes i even del the client reinstalled restarted computer and everything still not working...

What exactly happens when you try to log in on the account which you deleted a character with?

So far i'm thinking you have maybe put the wrong email when you're deleting a character and it asks for it.

im sure i gave the right one waht happens is that after the input password screen it would try to load but then after it shows the failed to connect and brings me back to the previous screen
