Gangster mask adds 15% resistance to silence.

Of course, you could always pack green pots; they're pretty cheap.

marduk, anti silence around 0.5~1m
glasses[1] around 1m
or just slot into cheap headgear[1]

and yeah...green pot is the best

As for stun issues - use 60+ base vit.

 trans only(no GS) valk armor gives 50% protection to silence if u are a certain class :D
but its still expensive so marduk's the way to go
