Why does it say Skill has failed. every time I try to use it on my Sniper and possibly other classes?

Does it have to be a wall wall or can it be the end of a map or a rock in the way that SG and Heat with mobs works?

i can be any place that used as a wall that is unwalkable. does that make sense?


basically its any place that you cant walk through or be on top of. an obstacle? i dunno im so confused trying to help you xD
