moscovia dungeon quest

im currently making the moscovia dungeon quest...

i did &follow all the quest flow that have been stated in IRO Wiki

till this step...i cant go further..

Spoiler for O_O:

the Wiki said that we have to talk to Mr.Ibanoff after talking to Prime Minister Dmitree & Csar Aleksay..but he just said the same thing all over the time.."i float on the seas bla bla bla bla"

why does this happen?...

That happened to a lot of other people too.

I think the quest is bugged and they are working on fixing it now.

You can always get warps to there and memo it though so don't worry.
