i dont think so ^ ^ since if they are not implemented they dont exists yet in the game unless the gms want them to and iam pretty sure the gms are working hard to make more cards available for us ^ ^~

I think it'd be kind of nice to get the card drop before it's implemented, but the card be useless and unable to put it into gear. This way if someone doesn't realize it's not obtainable they're not wasting time. I say this cause back in the day of 2006 before September I was looking for Lude/Quve cards all the time. Only to find out they're not implemented. And even if they change the details of the card at least you have it. Granted I doubt this could be done.

i saw this other thread one time and he said he got a card that other ppl couldnt get, one of a kind or something, so i was wondering. I want to get a stapo card for fun

he probably didnt get it from a drop he may have won it in an event or something tho if he even had it
