Need help with Moskovia

Hey guys,

well, i would like to go to the Moskovia Dungeon, so i tried to make the quest for it, but i think its bugged.

I found the Island, talked with the guy on the Island, talked with Ibanof (the sailor) after returning, than talked with the Czar and the next step should be to return to the Island, for this i should talk with Ibanof (the sailor), but he doesnt bring me anywhere and just make a statement.

So, am i doing something wrong or is this quest bugged?

So you're on the boat? and he doesn't say anything important, or you can't get on the boat?

it is bugged, look under the bugs and reports section and you'll see that there's already been a few topics made for it. I guess GMs will just get around to it - seems a few of the quests are bugged.

Best way to fix it, get an aco make them do the quest, memo the boat, and Warp to boat. lol it's how a friend and I finished the quest.
