Current effect: Maximum SP + 50, Reduce Casting Time by 1%.

Would increasing the percentage to 5% make this accessory worth getting in the future?

Berz rune x 2 = 35% x 2 - > 70% cast reduc

DL+DI combo = 20%

another DI = 10%

Very easy for 100% cast reduc for any class..o_o....

continental guard seal can be buffed to 5% too, so all the satan morroc prizes are equal

+5 crit, -5% cast time, +5% ASPD
