Thara Frog 30% reduction from demi-human
Toad 40% reduction from demi-human
Tirfing 25% reduction from medium-sized monsters

Since they all have been proven to reduce physical damage from demi-humans and medium-sized monsters, do they also reduce magical attacks from wizards and mediums-sized magic casting monsters?

Does tirfing work in PvP aswell?

don't know about the other question but

Tirfing works on PVP but not on pecopeco riders (large)

or baby classes (small)

though it works on BABY PECOPECO riders (who turn medium)

It should, but that does not help you get mdef in anyway, nor does it make mdef any less useful.

coulda sworn i recieved  less damage when wearing it..but i dunno if it comes before or after all the other reductions/mdef

It should reduce all damage taken which applies to skills and magic. (Even Def piercing stuff gets reduced)
