alchemist/biochemist sqi question

okay well i was wondering, as i looked through all of the sqis
most of them gave the players different skills, helpful skills, or have skill damage incrise
for example, gypsy's sqi have gloria
crusaders sqi have sanctuary
hunters sqi have safety wall
champions have 100% more damage with raging thrust
, even the sins and gunners have either attack increase or skills
 
yet im wondering why are the alchemist the ones left out with a simple attack and dex increase nothing more
are they really that strong?

im not complaining or anything, especially since i do not have one, just curious

smh, i guess biochemist are to strong with out them so adding something to a djin is like giving a lion a gun
but aw well
