error msg

i just upgraded my graphic card from a 512 mb DDR2 to a 1 GB DDR3.

problem is Ro isnt starting now.
i get this error msg: cannot init d3d OR grf file has problem. any suggestions?

Check the Setup.exe and make sure you have the right graphics options.
