Activate account?

Hi,

I had my account over on AnimaRO so I haven't played in a bit and can't access my account here yet. When I put in a ticket I was told I had to activate my account but wasn't told how..can anyone help me with this? My boyfriend's account worked fine and he hadn't played in a while either, he didn't need to activate anything. I replied to my ticket asking the GM how to activate my account and that was 40min ago, so I figured in the meantime i'd see if anyone knows.

You should have had an activation e-mail given to you when you first made the account....

I made the account a few years ago with AnimaRO, not Anthem. But like I mentioned my boyfriend is able to use his account just fine and he hadn't logged on since Anima, so i'm kind of confused.

You said you made the account I get that part but did you originally activate and use it ever?
Or did you make it then let it collect dust without leveling any characters?

Yep, I had an active character on it so I actually used the account quite a bit when I was playing.

Hmm not sure why it's not working then. Have you been able to log into it since the server became anthem?

I haven't tried until now.

Ah then it could still be messed up from the mass password resetting and what not. In which case you'll need a High GM for help with your account most likely. =<
