Rudra Bow

I have a few questions about Rudra Bow... I got it from a christmas gift box ^^

So here are my questions:

1) how much does it sell for (SQI ingredient)
2) does the holy property of the bow stack with silver arrows?
            -If not, Why the hell has it got holy property?? Since it doesn't stack or another element is take by the arrow?

The element of the bow effects FA for snipers.
*Not 100% sure of this*

For regular attacking it's useless.

Don't quote me on it but i think it endows plain old Arrows as Holy, as for Silver you'll basicly get the same outcome.
